About the Program

Established in 2014, the Haile Fellows Program is an intensive mentorship initiative designed to cultivate both technical and soft skills essential for thriving as an undergraduate student and young professional. Our program transcends traditional task-oriented programs or academic exercises. We invest in students, empowering them to think critically, innovate boldly, and solve real-world problems. Our program fosters a collaborative and stimulating environment where participants engage in meaningful discussions, exchange groundbreaking ideas, and forge lifelong connections.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must:

- Be enrolled as a student at the Haile College of Business

- Actively participate in the Econ Club and the Econ Games

- Successfully complete Eco 100 and Eco 101

- Preferably complete Eco 309 or Eco 310
